Returns
Due to the nature of our beverage products, we currently do not accept returns once the product is delivered, unless it is damaged, tampered with, or incorrect.
Refunds
If your product is:
- Damaged on arrival
- Expired
- Incorrect item delivered
Please write to us at contact@drinkfizzico.com within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a full refund.
Refunds (if applicable) will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
